We do not accept returns on products at this time.


Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Currently we have shipping set up for USA and Canada, if you would like an item shipped outside of these two countries, please Contact Us.

Are all items shipped in a plain brown box?
- No. Cases are typically shipped from the warehouse, however there is an option to allow you to package it discreetly which will also increase the shipping time a few extra days. To add this option to a Case sale, view your shopping cart, and choose Add next to Discreet Packaging under the item.
- All Sample packs are packaged in a plain colored durable envelope with no markings of what is inside.

Will there be VAT added to the item if it crosses into another country?
- There is no definite answer to this question, there may be - we are currently working on clarifying this for orders going to Canada.

How often do you ship?
- We process orders Monday through Thursday for all DROP-SHIP items.
- Items we have on location are processed Monday through Friday.

Do you offer Tracking Numbers?
- Yes - UPS

Is there really FREE shipping?
- We do provide FREE shipping to the continental 48 States on case orders!

Why does it give me an option to do FREE shipping and PAY shipping on my case order?
- Some of our cases are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, and may have markings on the case, select the PAY method if you want the item shipped to our location first, and then shipped to you in a 100% unmarked brown box!
