We are a small business and we are dedicated to serving you. We pride ourselves on keeping your personal information, just that, personal and private. We also never send any unsolicited mail to you; you will only receive what you have ordered from us.
If you sign up to our newsletter you may receive occasional updates via e-mail regarding new products, specials, closeout items, and changes made to the website.
Terms and Conditions:
By placing an order with Acecool Medical via any ordering method, you agree to not hold Acecool Medical liable from any claims, liabilities, and expenses including attorney fees and court costs. Furthermore you also agree to cover any and all expenses incurred by placing an order with us including but not limited to: Shipping charges, import/export fees and the order total.
No person under the age of 18, or the minimum age in your State or Country required to sign contracts, years of age should use our shop without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the internet use of their children. Use of this site by any user shall be deemed to be a representation that the user is 18, or the minimum age in your State or Country required to sign contracts, years of age or older.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 15 days of the product being delivered according to the tracking information, otherwise we can not process your claim.
Shipping Terms:
As we have no control over who signs for your package, we are not to be held liable if your package is intercepted and signed for by another party. All UPS packages are insured up to $100 by default, if there is ever any issue you must contact us within 15 days of the product being delivered according to the tracking information.
Fraud Protection:
As we are a small company we must protect ourselves from fraud. If we suspect fraud, your order may be canceled and a refund in the amount paid will be issued back to you. If you create an order, receive your product, and later perform a charge-back, we will use any means necessary to recover the funds and you will be held liable for any incurred fees.

By using this site as a registered customer, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms and Conditions of Use to which you are bound.
